Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Minimum 3 years of related rubber molding experience.
• Certified to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operate shop equipment safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Read BOM to understand parts requirements and ensure correct supplies.
• Safely operate overhead crane, forklift or similar equipment where applicable.
• Follow basic safety regulations and keep the area clean and organized.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and work extended hours including weekends.
