Job summary

Lincoln Industries is seeking a Lead Operator to serve as the primary resource for the team on specific production lines. This role focuses on coaching, instructing, and coordinating activities to meet line metrics while maintaining process quality and environmental safety.

The position requires training new hires in quality, safety, and work instructions, with feedback on performance. The successful candidate will monitor production, manage paperwork, and ensure proper disposal of waste in

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED.
1 year of related process experience preferred.
Must be able to read, write, and comprehend the English language.
Interpersonal communication skills necessary.

Responsibilities

Leading operators on plating, polishing, assembly, coating or other production areas.
Maintain time and production documentation.
Communicate effectively among team members and conduct turnover meetings.
Ensure adherence to established quality procedures for product quality and housekeeping.
Ensure safety and environmental compliance and participate in safety observations.
Provide performance feedback and participate in reviews and talent audits.
Assist with special projects and print/maintain area paperwork.
Monitor production process within established ranges and notify problems.
