The role requires 8+ years in oil and gas operations, strong leadership, and proficiency with Process Control Systems and PLCs. Expect a demanding environment with travel and on-call rotations, plus competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 8+ years as Operations Technician in oil and gas.
• Valid State Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Experience leading teams and working in shift-based environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Process Control Systems and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of pipelines and facilities with emphasis on safety and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards; make operational decisions.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance to technicians to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate shift activities and mentor team members to achieve performance goals.
• Implement process improvements and adopt new technologies to enhance efficiency and maintain logs.
