Job Responsibilities
  • Handle day-to-day Operations processes and work towards deadlines.
  • Complete all workflows, provide guidance to team members, assist internal business partners, and offer functional expertise.
  • Perform routine and various item processing functions under moderate supervision.
  • Support transaction processing, reconciliation, and document imaging tasks.
  • Operate high-speed machinery for document scanning and imaging.
  • Maintain internal operational and financial controls.
Schedule

1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10-key and basic PC skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Flexible work hours to ensure full coverage.
