WB Games is looking for a Lead Activity Designer to drive the design of engaging activities for our games. You will work closely with key directors to create a compelling player-driven open world.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ design experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years' experience as a people-manager in the design discipline.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead design and implementation of activities.
• Collaborate with the Game Director and Design Director.
• Conduct regular playtests and maintain activities.
