Job summary

NVIDIA seeks an accomplished engineering manager to lead teams building secure, scalable CI/CD infrastructure for our accelerated computing platform. You will mentor engineers and coordinate with internal and external teams to support inner-source and open-source software.

We value a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 8+ years of industry experience including 3+ years in software management. Base salary ranges are provided, with equity and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of industry experience; 3+ years in software management leading large system projects.
• Deep open-source contribution workflow experience at scale.
• Experience building developer tooling balancing internal security with external contributions.
• Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab, Buildkite, Ansible, Terraform.
• Experience architecting, provisioning, and scaling CI/CD infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a geographically distributed team.
• Plan, schedule, mentor, and drive project execution for the team.
• Collaborate with engineering, program and product management to define roadmaps.
• Identify and drive improvements in processes, infra, and practices for efficiency and openness.
