Qualifications

  • WA State Journeyman’s Plumbers License is required.
  • City of Seattle 3rd Grade Steam Engineers License is required/desired.
  • AS-1 Sprinkler Confidence Testing License and Backflow Certification are preferred.
  • City of Seattle Gas piping License is required.
  • All safety protocols must be followed.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and replace plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair piping systems and backflow assemblies.
  • Test and maintain RO/DI systems, water features, and potable water lines.
  • Plan, organize, and sequence work orders for campus facilities.
  • Supervise student workers when assigned.
