Job summary
LC Mechanical Inc. is seeking a Washington Licensed Commercial Plumber to join our Field Operations team serving the Seattle metropolitan area. This role focuses on high-profile commercial and industrial projects, including manufacturing facilities and tenant improvements.

Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Plumber License (PL01) required.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and Washington codes.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical plans.
- Coordinate installations with project managers and general contractors.
- Perform testing, inspections, and commissioning.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites.
