Job summary

JENKINS FENCING LLC is seeking a Fence Installation Foreman to lead onsite fence installation projects in the Metro East area. The role requires hands-on leadership to guide crews through layout, installation, and quality checks while ensuring safety and adherence to company standards.

You will work alongside installers to deliver durable results, coordinating with team members and stakeholders to maintain schedules and workmanship quality.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in fence installation or related construction work.
• Ability to read and understand job requirements, measurements, and installation standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to direct crew onsite.
• Commitment to jobsite safety and the ability to work outdoors.
• Must have a valid driver's license, be able to pass background and drug tests, and able to drive a flatbed trailer.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite fence installation crews, assigning tasks and providing clear direction to ensure efficient, quality work.
• Oversee project setup, including site preparation, layout, and measurements to confirm accurate fence line placement.
• Install and assemble fencing components, ensuring correct installation techniques and proper alignment throughout the project.
• Monitor job progress, quality standards, and safety compliance, addressing issues promptly to keep work on track.
• Support equipment readiness and basic jobsite coordination, maintaining organized work areas and timely workflow.
