St. Joseph's/Candler is seeking a Pharmacy Oncology Infusion Technician to mix IV chemotherapies, manage inpatient and outpatient infusion inventories, and support pharmacy technology systems under supervision.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of hospital technician experience, be a registered Pharmacy Technician, and hold current professional certification; leadership and training skills are valued in this role. This position is based in Georgia and bridges inpatient and outpatient services.

Formación

• 3–5 years hospital pharmacy technician experience.
• Current 40-hour work week.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the State Board; CPhT certification may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and deliver IV admixtures and related medications; maintain adequate par levels.
• Assist in training co-workers and ensure continued competence; support Pharmacy Practice Model Initiative.
• Coordinate team communications, set timelines, and report status on infusion services.
• Handle repackaging, charge capture, and reconciliation; issue credits as needed.
• Oversee installation, training, and maintenance of hardware/software for compounding and dispensing tech; manage inventory under supervision.
