Job summary

New England Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Operations/Maintenance Technician for a large, sophisticated customer in the Marlborough/Palmer area.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with a company vehicle and all PPE provided. You will coordinate and support onsite technicians, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and timely service calls, focusing on HVAC systems and client needs.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License is required.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• Experience with commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support onsite service technicians to schedule calls and PMs.
• Ensure safety compliance and on-time completion of maintenance.
• Interact with client professionally and maintain neat appearance.
• Flexible to overtime and weekends.

Skills

Commercial HVAC systems experience

Must have a clean driving record

BMS or Automation experience

Education

Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License

EPA 608 Universal
