Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction QC Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• USACE/NAVFAC CQM-C training preferred for role.
• Experience on government construction projects preferred.
• Proficiency in QC, QA, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement quality control procedures on construction projects.
• Inspect construction activities and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors and project stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Identify and resolve quality issues to meet standards and milestones.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure deadlines and quality milestones are met.
