Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise APIs.
- Strong API security, observability, scalability, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on AI, ML-enabled capabilities, or AI-assisted software engineering.
- Experience modernizing APIs in production.
- Ability to collaborate with architecture, security, cloud, product, operations, and engineering teams.
- Experience leading technical delivery, mentoring engineers, and driving adoption of reusable practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and production support for enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Omnichannel APIs for enterprise apps.
- Enhance security, resiliency, performance and reliability of APIs.
- Apply AI-assisted practices to accelerate development and testing.
- Partner with architecture, security, cloud, product, and operations teams.
- Collaborate with agile teams to plan and deliver API enhancements.
- Develop proofs of concept and reference implementations.
- Influence technical direction and solution strategy with leadership.
- Support API lifecycle: design reviews, deployment, monitoring, docs, incident response.
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical production incidents.
