Job summary

Precisionstaffingusa is seeking an experienced Litho Offset Printing Press Operator for the 2nd shift in Richmond, IN. The role requires setting up and operating offset presses, monitoring print quality, and adjusting as needed to meet production goals.

You will review job tickets, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform routine maintenance while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining clean work areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of offset printing press experience.
• Experience with color matching and quality control.
• Ability to read job tickets and production specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Manufacturing or commercial printing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for an entire shift.
