This role leads a small team of up to five associates, manages print workflows, and ensures adherence to service standards and client expectations. The position reports to the Client Relations Manager or Client Relations Director and is classified as Non-Exempt.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, train, and supervise the print services team to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality outputManage print production workflows, prioritizing and distributing jobs based on deadlines and urgencyOperate and maintain digital printers, copiers, and wide-format printing equipment to fulfill client requestsOversee reprographics services including scanning, copying, binding, finishing, and document assemblyEnsure print quality through color calibration, proofing, and adherence to brand and formatting standardsPerform quality control checks and resolve print-related issues such as errors, jams, or file discrepanciesMaintain inventory of print supplies including paper, toner, ink, and other consumablesCoordinate with vendors to ensure timely supply deliveries and cost-effective procurementTrack, document, and report print job volumes, costs, and equipment performance metricsProvide responsive customer service by managing print requests, timelines, and client communicationsCollaborate with office services and other departments to ensure seamless workflow and service deliverySupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and turnaround timesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:Strong knowledge of print production and reprographics operationsTechnical proficiency with printing equipment, finishing tools, and related workflowsHigh attention to detail with strong quality assurance and proofreading skillsStrong customer service and client communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple print requests in a fast-paced environmentLeadership skills with ability to train, guide, and support team membersProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsBasic understanding of inventory management and vendor coordinationStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProblem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot equipment and workflow issuesAbility to maintain confidentiality of sensitive documentsAdaptability in managing shifting priorities and deadlinesQUALIFICATIONS:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred (or equivalent experience).Experience: 2–3 years of experience in print production, reprographics, office services, or document management, including prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred.Technical Skills:Digital printing and reprographics equipment operationMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Print management or job tracking systems (preferred)Basic inventory tracking systems (preferred)The Compensation range for this role is 24.00 to 27.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
