Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (BSOT) or higher required where accepted.
• NBCOT certification and active state license required.
• Current BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy services to inpatients including assessment, treatment, and program planning; documentation and communication; operate under physician orders.
