Olea Pediatric Therapy is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for an immediate part‑time or full‑time leadership position.
Based out of our pediatric outpatient clinic in New Hope, Minnesota, Olea Pediatric Therapy proudly contracts with ABA facilities across the Twin Cities. We are searching for an organized, highly motivated OTR/L to treat clients and step into a crucial leadership role. In addition to delivering outstanding clinical care, you will lead, support, and mentor direct reports, including both OTRs and COTAs. Experience in an ABA setting is highly valued, though we warmly welcome candidates with a strong desire to learn.
You will join a larger team of 40 established clinicians to offer exceptional assessment, treatment, and team collaboration for children with a variety of ability levels.
