NYU Langone Health is seeking a full-time Senior Obstetrician to serve on Labor & Delivery and as a Patient Safety Officer. This leadership-focused clinical role supports two major campuses (Brooklyn and Manhattan) within a renowned academic medical center.

The candidate will provide expert obstetric care, lead teams during high-acuity deliveries, participate in safety and quality initiatives, mentor trainees, and oversee advanced practice providers.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Minimum of five years of continuous active OB practice.
• U.S.-accredited OB/GYN residency completed.
• Active New York State medical license.
• Experience with leadership and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex obstetric care in Labor & Delivery.
• Provide real-time clinical consultation and decision-making.
• Oversee Advance Practice Practitioners and clinical teams.
• Engage in quality improvement and research initiatives.
• Contribute to trainee education and mentorship.
