This role requires deep expertise in OpenTelemetry and a background in technical consulting. Qualifications

• Deep expertise in OpenTelemetry, including significant contributions to its development.
• Track record of success in a technical presales/consulting role.
• Experience building Proofs of Concept (PoCs) across various environments.
• Practitioner experience using observability products as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or developer.
• Experience designing technical solutions related to Observability or AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead and trusted advisor for Elastic Observability solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer challenges and design solutions.
• Guide customers in adopting observability standards for Elastic solutions.
• Lead technical discussions showcasing Elastic’s Observability and GenAI capabilities.
• Develop instructional workshops for customers and field teams.
