• Active license to practice law in New York, in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience handling workers' compensation matters in NY.

Responsibilities

• Represent injured workers in workers' compensation claims.
• Oversee a caseload from initiation to resolution, including research and pleadings.
• Handle appeals, settlements, and trial preparations.
