Job summary

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an NVH Engineer in Michigan to lead propulsion system NVH activities for diverse programs. You will guide measurements, data analysis, and problem solving to meet vehicle NVH targets.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Propulsion and Vehicle teams, delivering concise management presentations, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency across programs. A strong MS or BS in engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Electrical engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 5+ years of NVH engineering experience.
• Fundamental understanding of propulsion and vehicle NVH.
• Hands-on automotive propulsion NVH with ICE/hybrid/electric components.
• Proficient in NVH measurement and analysis tools.
• Experience with standard sound and vibration measurement methods.
• Knowledge of DSP/FFT and CAN communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead NVH activities on propulsion systems across programs.
• Ensure NVH assessments at program gates and engage release teams.
• Support integration of propulsion system into vehicle to hit NVH targets.
• Prepare and present management-review presentations.
• Manage VO activities while preserving NVH character at product and vehicle level.
• Coordinate between Propulsion System and Vehicle organizations on NVH attributes.
• Oversee process improvements to boost efficiency.
