Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in NVH, dynamics, or testing.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead NVH technical expert, guiding engineering teams with data-driven insights.
• Lead complex noise and vibration investigations from planning to analysis.
• Collaborate with product development across lifecycle to resolve NVH challenges.
• Develop and refine NVH test methods, standards, and lab procedures.
• Provide technical leadership to build NVH competency across the organization.
