Job summary

Hansen Agri PLACEMENT is seeking a Nutrient Management Supervisor for an established agricultural operation. This role leads manure application activities, manages schedules, trains staff, and ensures safe, compliant field operations with precision data support.

The candidate should have strong manure application experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to adapt to changing field conditions. CDL and environmental compliance knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years manure application and agricultural production experience preferred.
• Valid unrestricted Class A CDL and a valid driver's license with clean record preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manure application practices and environmental requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise employees involved in manure application.
• Coordinate daily field activities based on weather and field conditions.
• Operate and oversee manure application equipment and ensure proper rates.
• Maintain accurate application records and coordinate with contractors as needed.
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
