You will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, and support physicians and APs in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years RN/LPN experience including 1 year in supervision.
• Associate degree with 6+ years RN/LPN experience including 1 year in supervision.
• Must meet department minimums including age and driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative direction, supervision, and management of nursing services.
• Supervise daily clinic operations and patient care for OB/GYN clinics.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors and providers to support patient-centered care.
• Ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance and maintain patient information confidentiality.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management.
