Job summary

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, attendance tracking, training, CQI activities, and collaboration with leadership to optimize clinic performance and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead RN staff and coordinate cross-disciplinary patient care.
• Manage attendance, scheduling, and Kronos timekeeping.
• Participate in CQI and monthly clinic audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe patient environment.
