Requirements include an active California RN license, at least three years of direct patient care, teaching or nursing administration experience, and a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse in California.
• Three years of continuous RN experience with direct patient care, and teaching/administration experience in nursing education within the last 5 years.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

• The Program Director is responsible for the academic implementation of the nursing curriculum and oversees leadership and stakeholder relationships.
• Collaborates with departmental operations to adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards.
