Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed RN in Kansas required.
- Compassionate, trauma-informed care approach.
- In-office, 24/7 residential facility coverage coordination.
- Must be 21+ and at least 3 years older than the oldest resident.
- Eligible for Kansas Medicaid credentialing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing team providing care for youth in residential treatment.
- Ensure assessments, medication management orders fulfilled, and education to children and families.
- Coordinate health appointments with in-house providers and document to meet requirements.
- Develop and monitor treatment plans and ensure compliance with federal/state rules.
