Restore Hyper Wellness in Ohio is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to lead a team of nurses and oversee clinic operations. The role blends clinical duties with people management in a wellness-focused environment.

You will administer IV therapies, injections, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy as part of a comprehensive wellness menu, document visits in EMR, and ensure safety and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with at least two years of acute care experience (ER/ICU/Med-Surg).
• BLS certified and able to lead a nursing team.
• Experience administering injections and IV therapies.
• Comfort with electronic medical records and charting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Restore Nurses, schedule staffing, and onboard new hires.
• Attend nursing calls and administer IV Drip Therapy and injections.
• Educate clients on IV Drips, manage inventory, and document visits in EMR.
• Promote memberships and services while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Provide therapeutic communication and participate in community outreach.
