Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, training, and development of clinical team members.
• Help ensure accurate and timely documentation within the EHR.
• Promote compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Identify workflow or patient-care issues and partner with leadership on solutions.
• Assist with maintaining appropriate clinical supplies and readiness.
• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and administrative teams to support efficient patient care.
