Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. is seeking a Lead Maintenance Tech for our DC Water Cogeneration Facility. You will lead a multi-craft team responsible for maintaining steam and power generation equipment, HVAC systems, and control instrumentation.

You will plan, schedule, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance with a focus on safety and reliability. Approximately half your time will be administrative/planning and half hands-on instrumentation & controls work, including calibrations and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 5+ years power/industrial maintenance or related technical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, data, operating instructions, diagrams and procedures.
• Strong written and oral communication; able to write work orders and convey instructions clearly.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with analytical troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily maintenance tasks for the team.
• Lead planning using Maximo to schedule work and track hours.
• Order parts and manage spare parts inventory.
• Perform calibrations and testing of instrumentation & controls.
• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Assist in installation/replacement of plant equipment and updates to drawings.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all activities.
