Job summary

MATRIX is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Planner to support nuclear power plant operations and project execution. You will develop detailed work packages, support installation and replacement of plant systems, and help identify and resolve equipment issues.

Location is Killona, LA with a 5x12 to 7x12 schedule. Strong leadership and English communication are essential for coordinating with managers and teams on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in power plant operations or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum of 10 years planning experience or equivalent military experience.
• Nuclear experience is required.
• Proficiency in Maximo or other asset management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering analyses and programs.
• Develop Work Packages utilizing Maximo and other asset management software.
• Provide Work Planning support for installation and replacement of plant systems.
• Identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
• Direct and guide other Planners in their work.
• Lead and direct the work of two or more junior staff.
