Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD/Masters/Bachelors in Electrical/Materials/Physics or Systems Engineering.
- Experience moving hardware from concept to manufacturing release.
- Experience with microelectronics, advanced packaging, and high-reliability products.
- Hands-on lab instrumentation experience and working with suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Lead NPI activities from prototype through production release.
- Drive transition of new products from engineering to manufacturing.
- Coordinate prototype, pilot, qualification, and production builds.
- Develop and implement build plans and manufacturing readiness reviews.
- Support first-article builds, product qualifications, and production launches.
- Drive DFx initiatives covering manufacturability, testability and cost.
