Albertsons Companies is seeking a Lead Night Crew Manager to oversee the Grocery Department operations, driving sales, profitability, and in-stock conditions. The role includes managing staff, planogram execution, and ensuring high merchandising standards in fast-paced overnight shifts.

You will lead, train, and coach associates, maintain food safety and regulatory compliance, and partner with store leadership to deliver an exceptional shopping experience every day.

Main Responsibilities
