Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy in West Chester, OH is seeking a Supervisor, Mail Order Pharmacy Distribution to lead inventory clerks and pharmacy technicians, oversee daily distribution, and ensure accurate processing of Traditional and OTC prescription orders.

The role requires a second shift (5:30 pm–2:00 am) with Sunday–Thursday scheduling, 40 hours weekly, and a strong focus on safety, DEA/CMS compliance, and teamwork. Experience in leadership and pharmacy operations is essential.

Qualifications

Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License required.
National Certification (PTCB or CPhT) with active registration.
Experience as a team lead or in leadership duties.
Proficiency with MS Office and multiple systems; troubleshoot basics.
Ability to learn internal processing systems (Elite Inventory Management, E-Post, QMSI).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of inventory clerks and pharmacy technicians.
Collaborate with Supervisors in Inventory, Packing, and Dispensing to resolve process issues.
Analyze distribution and support pharmacists and technicians.
Assist Pharmacists in medication preparation and dispensing.
Ensure compliance with DEA, CMS, and company policies.
Oversee day-to-day operations and staff.
Maintain staffing and conduct monthly one-on-one sessions.
Commit to improving consumer experiences.
