• 5+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, refrigeration, electrical and building maintenance.
• Proficient computer skills: Excel, Word, CMMS, and email.
• Highly organized with project management experience.
• Dependable, flexible and self-motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees maintenance operations for a commercial food manufacturing company consisting of hourly associates.
• Analyzes and solves technical maintenance issues.
• Utilizes the CMMS to analyze data, generate reports and implement actions to improve KPIs.
• Leads the achievement of a zero injury workplace by ensuring safe working conditions and regulatory compliance.
• Manages and develops plant maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Ensures associates have tools, resources and capabilities to succeed and deliver on expectations.
