Qualifications

• Previous related work experience required.
• Basic mechanical ability and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training and troubleshooting for machine operators.
• Report issues to the shift supervisor about machine or product concerns.
• Monitor machine performance and fix minor problems.
• Follow safety procedures and complete start-up/shutdown tasks.
• Complete daily startup and shutdown checklists.
• Operate to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Meet daily production goals set by the area supervisor.
• Ensure product quality and accurate labeling (country of origin).
• Enforce company policies and ensure line efficiency.
• Motivate the line and supervise workers; perform changeovers.
