Job summary

Mastronardi Produce Ltd. is hiring a Box Machine Operator A2 for Sunday to Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 6pm-6am, on-site in the United States. The role focuses on operating box machines, tracking production and scrap, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The position requires monitoring machine performance, following safety procedures, and communicating issues to the shift supervisor. Prior production/warehouse experience is preferred and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed for the pallet jack.
• Basic mechanical ability.
• Must be a high-performance team player and willing to work in a dynamic, growing, demanding environment.
• Must be a self-starter and willing to work flexible hours.
• Proficiency in English with professional communication; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report issues to the shift supervisor on machine, product or department.
• Monitor machine performance and fix minor problems.
• Follow all safety precautions and startup/shutdown procedures.
• Track production metrics: initial scrap, blanks used, boxes produced.
• Operate the machine to minimize shutdowns and maintain productivity.
• Maintain a clean workspace and proper organization.
• Follow SQF procedures relevant to the role.
• Able to run baler and hand-assemble boxes as needed.
• Aim to achieve daily production goals.
• Know box inventory locations and min/max values.
• Previous production/warehouse experience preferred.
