Kosmo Machine is seeking a Lead CNC Machinist to own the night shift, develop talent, and lead by example on a Mazak-equipped shop floor.

You will coach a diverse team, set up and program controls, and ensure products meet precision standards with minimal overtime.

We’re looking for a Lead CNC Machinist to take ownership of our night shift team – someone who doesn’t just run machines, but develops talent and leads by example. This is a hands‑on leadership role where your experience, judgment, and craftsmanship shape the success of others.

Compensation

• $32–$38/hour ($66,560–$79,040 annually), plus $1–$2/hour premium, and 10% shift differential
