Adams Homes is seeking a Residential Construction Superintendent with 3+ years of new home building experience to join our Birmingham-area team. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate trade partners, and ensure homes are completed on schedule and to our quality standards.

The ideal candidate brings a proactive, can-do attitude, strong leadership, excellent communication, and solid organizational skills to manage multiple projects while maintaining safety and budget controls.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Excellent communication with customers, trade partners, and team members.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills across multiple projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction process of new homes, ensuring timely completion within budget and high quality standards.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to meet the construction schedule and safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and Adams Homes team members.
• Maintain high attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Follow the construction scheduling process proficiently.
• Demonstrate a friendly attitude and persistent work ethic.
• Visit job sites daily to inspect quality, monitor schedules, and provide guidance.
