Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently with PI input.

Responsibilities

  • Lead behavioral studies and train lab staff; mouse surgeries and colony maintenance.
  • Perform molecular biology, cloning, qRT-PCR and protein analyses.
  • Maintain lab quality, safety and inventory with others.
  • Dissect tissue and process ex vivo samples for analyses.
  • Prepare manuscripts, abstracts and progress reports; present data.
