Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in IT/CS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in IT or information security with demonstrated security expertise.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise analysts supporting security tech (IPS, EPP, DLP, access control).
• Provide reviews to ensure secure and compliant implementations.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and business teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor performance and development progress of staff.
• Create diagrams supporting secure system design and integration.
• Develop RFP specs, conduct evaluations, and recommend vendors.
• Manage small vendor installations and firewall administration.
• Monitor cybersecurity alerts, assess risk, and support incident response.
• Handle administrative responsibilities and act as Systems Manager when needed.
• Lead and develop the team through coaching and performance management.
