Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with UCaaS/VoIP and network infrastructure.
• Experience installing, upgrading, and maintaining network equipment.
• Knowledge of multiple vendors and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional IT support with a focus on customer service and renewals.
• Manage customer expectations and SLA adherence.
• Lead project work, scheduling resources.
• Drive investigations and resolutions for network issues.
• Provide guidance to junior staff.
