Job summary

CloudIngest is seeking a highly technical network professional with strong communication and leadership abilities. The role covers design, analysis, and implementation planning for complex network architectures, coordinating with clients and vendors to meet SLAs.

The candidate should have five years of multi-LAN/MAN/WAN experience, Cisco DNA/ISE familiarity, CCNA or higher, and solid skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and project leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum five years in network support, operations or planning.
• Experience with multi-LAN/MAN/WAN environments and network configurations.
• Certifications such as CCNA preferred; Cisco DNA and ISE experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze network architectures, routing and restoration approaches.
• Develop specifications and implementation plans; coordinate complex install projects.
• Provide ongoing support for current and future network infrastructure to meet SLAs.
• Lead, mentor and act as SME for hospital network staff and vendors.
