Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) seeks a Lead Network Engineer to guide the design, implementation, and ongoing support of our enterprise networking environment across office, datacenter, and cloud. You will drive modernization and automation while collaborating with cybersecurity teams to maintain secure, scalable networks.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in enterprise networking, strong Cisco and Azure networking experience, and a track record mentoring engineers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of relevant networking experience.
Strong knowledge of enterprise network design across WAN/LAN/WLAN.
Experience with Cisco enterprise platforms (Catalyst/Nexus/Meraki).

Responsibilities

Lead design, implementation, and support of CLA's enterprise network infrastructure.
Provide technical leadership for routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and security initiatives.
Administer Cisco and Azure networking technologies and optimize hybrid cloud connectivity.
Develop network automation and monitoring solutions.
Mentor engineers and contribute to standards and roadmaps.
Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for network services.
