Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking a senior network leader with extensive Cisco Enterprise Networking and data center experience. You will drive architectural guidance, complex migrations, and automation strategies while engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Expect to mentor CE2 engineers, perform design validation, and manage escalation paths, exercising trusted advisory capabilities across client environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cisco Enterprise Networks and data centre environments.
• Expert-level Cisco routing & switching, Nexus, and Arista networking.
• Active CCNP Enterprise certification is nice; CCIE preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Ansible, Terraform, and APIs.
• Led large-scale network transformation and migration projects independently.
• Act as trusted advisor to customer technical and management stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, design validation, and escalation management.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight to CE2 engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architecture guidance for complex network programs.
• Own migration projects, drive automation strategy and execution.

Role & responsibilities

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Cisco Enterprise Networks and data centre environments.
• Expert-level expertise in Cisco routing & switching, Cisco Nexus, and Arista networking technologies.
• Good to have active CCNP Enterprise certification (CCIE preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Ansible, Terraform, and APIs
• Proven experience leading large-scale network transformation and migration projects independently.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to customer technical and management stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting, RCA, design validation, and escalation management capabilities.
• Mentor and provide technical oversight to CE2 engineers.
