Job Title: Lead Network Engineer
Start Date: Immediate
Onsite Work Location: Downers Grove, Illinois
Contract Type: W2 Contract-to-Hire
The Lead Network Engineer will be responsible for architecting, standardizing, documenting, implementing, and supporting the network infrastructure to ensure critical reliability and maximum uptime. This role will serve as a LAN/WAN expert, recommending and supporting the selection, development, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and enhancement of network technologies for both traditional network and Azure networking. Additionally, you will lead the network engineering team with direct reports, collaborating with Burwood team members and our healthcare client to deliver technical solutions.

Who You Are
You are a highly skilled and certified network engineer with strong proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Layer 2 and Layer 3 protocols, as well as security protocols. Your extensive knowledge of TCP/IP network protocols and certifications such as CCNP, along with expertise in ISO27001 and HITRUST, make you an invaluable asset to our team.
