Job summary

Agile Defense seeks a Senior Hardware / Software Installation Technician to support a US Army modernization program. You will survey sites, evaluate readiness, document upgrade requirements, and oversee hardware/software installations.

The role involves fieldwork, interfacing with PMO and POCs, and delivering SSRs while mentoring junior technicians and complying with government processes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a technical discipline with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Cisco CCNA certification required.
• Experience with Layer 2/3 networks and SDN concepts.
• Ability to lead technical resources and deliver on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering assessments of configurations and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with PMO and Lead Engineer on designs.
• Prepare milestone status reports and system concept presentations.
• Follow Army engineering processes and submit site reports.
