Enspire Partners, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead NetSuite implementations across diverse business environments.

You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle, define scope and milestones, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, operations, IT, and external vendors. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are required to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience with NetSuite implementations.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite functionality: workflows, reporting, integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple NetSuite implementation projects from initiation through go-live.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans: schedules, resources, budgets.
• Configure and customize NetSuite ERP, CRM, Financials, Inventory, and Workflows.
• Oversee data migration, integrations, and end-to-end testing.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize processes, automation, and system efficiencies.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders during implementation.
• Provide regular updates, status reports, and risk assessments.
• Facilitate workshops and user enablement activities.
• Lead cross-functional teams including finance, operations, IT, and vendors.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve roadblocks to milestones.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation and ensure timely resolution.
