Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Senior .NET Developer in Rockville, MD to design and build high‑performance enterprise applications using the Microsoft stack. You will guide architecture, support modernization, and collaborate with product owners, QA, and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

The role emphasizes cloud migration (Azure/AWS), CI/CD, and secure SDLC practices, with leadership responsibilities mentoring juniors and conducting reviews. A Public Trust clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with software development using Microsoft Tech Stack.
• Minimum 6 years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL Server, JavaScript frameworks, and integration patterns.
• Minimum 3 years of experience building large web/mobile apps using React.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features using C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and end‑to‑end solutions.
• Build scalable, secure enterprise applications and lead multiple teams.
• Support SDLC, modernization efforts, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct architecture reviews.
