The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, Azure Cloud, SQL Server, and modern software architecture principles. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, mentoring of development teams, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams.

Required Skills
